PET bottles are of course recyclable and highly sustainable. Recyclable PET jars can be recycled and recycled time and time again, and used as containers for food, beverages and personal care products, or as packaging materials for carpet and clothing fibres, auto parts, construction materials, and industrial strapping. In the United States, about 1.5 billion pounds of used PET bottles and containers can be recycled each year, so PET is the most recycled plastic in the United States.
Through a series of special washing processes or chemical treatments, the recyclable plastic PET jar is decomposed into its raw materials or intermediates, and then purified and converted into new PET resin, so as to recycle PET and reuse these recyclable PET pellet materials.
Since recyclable PET plastics like our quality 30ml pet plastic bottles, are resistant to microbial attack and are biodegradable, refillable PET jar and containers that enter the landfill remain inert and do not pose the risk of leaching or contaminating groundwater. The walls of PET bottles and containers are so thin that they can easily be squashed, so they only occupy a relatively small amount of landfill space. According to EPA regulations, only 1% of US municipal solid waste is attributed to recyclable PET jars.
Collect refillable PET jars, jars and other containers and recycle them into multiple products. They can be made into carpets, clothes, industrial strapping, ropes, upholstery fabrics, sails, car parts, winter jackets and sleeping bags. They can also be found in building materials and many other items.
